Would a rich botanical, fragrance-free facial cream (for sensitive skin %26amp; babies) be ideal for removing mascara? One such as California Baby?

This looks like a good product to use to remove eye makeup.
A simple alternative could be to dab some clean cotton in extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil and gently move over the eyelid to remove makeup. This also serves as an eye nourishment and helps to make eye lashes thicker and shinier - naturally.

You should only use creams specifically for the eye area, because the eyes are much more sensitive than your facial skin and you could end up with a recurring eye infection.
In my honest opinion, I think an eye makeup remover would be better. Neutrogena has a good one, and reasonably priced.
i use almond milk to remove my make up. it's really great.
