i think it would depend on what your mom and dads skin looks like, if their skin looks like hell, then chances are your skin will to, so i would start early to use the cream, but if you have good genes, and your parents look good, then i would hold off for a few more years,

None of it really works anyway, just get some under eye concealer.
Well, I'm 21 and I use ';eye brightener'; by biore'. Actually, I don't even think it's called 'eye brightener' but that's basically what it does. I just dab some on under my eyes in the morning and it really helps my dark circles. My daughter is so restless at night I never, ever get a whole nights sleep. There are a lot of brands that make these products, but they're basically just quick fixes to dark circles.





I also ';try'; to put Vaseline under my eyes and around my lips every night, to help prevent wrinkles, but for some people that's too harsh. Olay makes a lot of good products aimed at wrinkle care and from some reviews I've read they work pretty well. I would just try a few things, because some people swear by one, while another swears by another product. Just find what works for you and no, it isn't too early to start, better now then later.

i have heard from various reputable skin care specialists that its never too early to use an eye cream. for other skin care products it would depends on your age. anti-winkles should be ard late twenties:) and yes sufficient sleep is impt!
It's never too early to use them. A great beauty regime is imperative. Mid 20's at least you need to have a good morning and nightly routine. Also, keep out of the sun, wear sun glasses when outside and cover up.





Remember, you will age, everyone does. I think it's much healthier not to worry about these things any more than just to the point of taking care of yourself.

Okay, so it's never to early to start using anti-aging stuff for you face. It's actually recommended to start using it in your early twenties. Besides helping to reduce already damaged skin from the sun, smoke, stress, it will help to prevent furthur/future damange. If you want to actually use an actual anti-aging product, go right ahead, there are so many to choose from. If you want to find the better quality ones, I would choose a pricier one, since they have the most acutally proven benefits. That goes the same with eye creams. And usually when shopping for one, they come in two forms: lotions or gels. If you are more on the dry skin side, I would recommend wearing a lotion one, and also lotions are better for using at night. On the other hand, gels are great to wear under makeup because the makeup wont slide off with a gel. And try to look for one with anti-oxidants, they will help with the damage from free radicals.





So all in all, after my drawn out babble, yes, I would recommend to start using one now. And remember to dab, dab, dab whatever you choose to purchase under you eyes, because tugging and such will only increase the damage to your most delicate area of skin you have.

If I was you I would just go for a good moisturizer. My favorite is the Hydrating Creme Concentrate from Bee-Luscious. This stuff is awesome. It's oil, petroleum jelly and alcohol free. At your age this should be sufficient. But Bee-Luscious does have some great patented ant-aging creams, if you are set on using one, but I would advise against until your around thirty five or when you start noticing some fine lines.

I started using Oil of Olay when I was 22. It is never to early to take care of your skin. Right now I am using the Garnier anti-aging eye cream but I've also used the Oil of Olay kind. Gosh, I just started using Mary Kay eye Firming Cream and I am seeing a change in my eyes already.. I think its been about a week or two.

I went looking for toner/moisturiser a year or so back, I am 26. I found lot's for women in their 30/40's for mature skin, and a range for teenagers...! However in the end I found Nivea Visage Aqua Sensation, it is for young skin and works very well. You are never too young to start looking after your skin....especially if you like the sun!

I like Chanel Rectifiance eye cream. It has an awesome, but subtle scent and is very rich. I apply it before going to bed, after cleansing. Keep in mind that althought I'm 40, I still have issues with adult acne, and this doesn't cause any breakouts in that area. I also have NO WRINKLES. I've been using an eye cream since about your age, and people laughed at the time, but aren't laughing now!





The Chanel costs about $75, BUT, the pot lasts a long time (you need so little) and it is a quality product. Yes, you can run out and buy a $12.99 drugstore something-or-other, but this is your eye area we're talking about here. Prevention is worth the $75. I use Oil of Olay night time moisturizer. Its only 13 dollars and its great. I apply it after I cleanse my face with just plain Dove soap. This condition of yours is because moisturizers are not meant to get rid from puffy eyes, for that you have to use special eye cream like eyelastin,Why when using moisturiser creams does my eyes always end up puffy and tired looking the next day?
Boots beauty serum is quite rich so I expect it's just too heavy for the skin around your eyes. I would buy an eye cream instead. Boots do lots of good ones. I like the Time Delay one and it's not too expensive.
Never use a facial moisturiser around your eyes. You must use an eye cream specifically for this area. Your eye skin is 6 times thinner than your face so face cream/serum is just too heavy, hence the puffiness.


You are lucky that you have only got puffiness, this will go away when you stop using the serum, you could have ended up with 'milia' which are tiny bumps under the skin and hard like rice grains - this is due to a heavy cream getting trapped under the skin and hardening, they are difficult to remove!
Make sure when putting on moisturiser you don't get it in your tear ducts! It can block them and leave your eyes very very puffy (it happened to my mum)! I say either choose a less strong one or keep it well away from eyes :)

First off eyes are very sensitive. Something too heavy, too acidly (which often is the high perfume percentage of a cream) will make them water, get puffy or reddish. Secondly avoid the eye area and use some eye cream tested for allergy free substances. .

well u did try everything. try goin to a dermatologist or eye dr or go to web md and put ur symptoms in. the only other thing i coould suggest is ice. OR ur make up may be old. u should change ur mascara and eyeliners often. also, if u wear contacts that may be a prob too. if none of the above (what uve tried and i suggested) works then i would def go to dr b/c those things should have wokred.

Cream for puffy irritated eyes?

My eyelids, upper and lower, have been red, dry with flaky skin and itchy. The itchiness comes and goes. But when I wake up in the morning they are very puffy and hurt!





I've been using Eucerin's Aquaphor Healing Ointment for dry, cracked, or irritated skin...its basically like a medicated vaseline and although it helps the dryness and flaky skin it doesnt do anything for the itchiness, the puffiness, and the pain. Actually, I think someone at Yahoo doesn't agree with my answers and this is petty payback...... as for hemorrhoid cream, it has some cosmetic uses... puffy eyes and sagging skin can be helped with it.
I'm not sure why your question got deleted, but pile gel is excellent for puffy eyes %26amp; wrinkles, use it very thinly at night %26amp; first thing oin the morning! The gel is better than the cream!!

Puffy eyes...Tea bags? Cream?

I've had this irritating puffy eye for the past 2 days. Not red or itchy just puffy and dry. From lack of sleep and working online for the past couple of days. I read about cold compresses and tea bags also cucumbers. Is there a particular brand of tea bags I need to buy? Also what is the best aloe-based eye-soothing gel or cream? I'm 6 months pregnant so nothing medicated. Safe and easy to use? Thanks!Puffy eyes...Tea bags? Cream?

I share your pain. Not the part about being pregnant but the puffy eyes. Tea bags do not work so save yourself the trouble all they do is drip all over everything. I think your best bet is to just try to get some sleep but if you come up with some magic remedy please let me know.
Get some proper rest and use some cucumbers on your eyes. I don't know any remedy which will work properly if you don't change your lifestyle to go with it, especially with things like puffy eyes. You can try eye creams but there's no guarantee they'll work plus they are costly and can cause little seed-like raised spots to form around your eye area where you applied the cream.
Lipton tea is the brand. Soak them in ice cold water, or better yet soak them in the freezer. dab on your eyes for thirty minutes. Ice compress also works, but cucumbers never. Not cold enough.
I've heard that ice helps...so you can try using that...I can't think of anything else that would be safe for a pregnant woman.
The best thing I have found is just to put some ice in a folded washrag and hold that on your eye for 10 minutes. You can re-apply it every 10 minutes or so until you see the puffiness going away. It works, it just takes a while.
Truth is you need to rest. Nothing will help more than a good night麓's sleep. Take a Sunday off, forget about the world and sleep for a long period of time, that must do...

Anything with cucumbers should work well. If you're on a budget, just cut the cucumber and apply directly to eyes!
